The app that I recommend to my clients and friends is my personally branded HAR app. If you already have the HAR app on your phone, then you just follow this link from your phone, http://rewithjo.com/myharapp, to incorporate my branding. This allows you to see exclusive data, including the days on the market, and what other homes nearby have recently sold for!
Now once you have that app installed, you can follow the images below to see nearby open houses. It is actually quite simple. You just hit “Nearby Search” and then “Nearby Open Houses”. Once on that map, you can fit the filter button in the bottom right hand corner. Another option is to create your ideal search (you can even save it), then at the very bottom of the search screen is a tab that you can move over to make “Open Houses” blue and turned on.
