So today’s #HOUSECRUSH deserves its own post! I have a dear friend, Gary Hutton, that is the sales counselor for Partners In Building out in Woodforest. He sent me the specs on their model and the potential for new builds out in his area, and I instantly began drooling and knew I must feature him this week! Also, here is one of the many floor plans you can build out there. This past month they made a price reduction, and you are being given lots of incentives for upgrades. I hate to put it all in writing, because it is always changing, but Gary can tell you what the current special is!

They have a lot of options out there, and Gary provides amazing service and guidance when it comes to building a home, so if you are considering a new build, you really should go visit him first!
